Sometimes you have to be willing to work twice as hard as the next person to get to where you want to go. Jon Contino has never been afraid of hard work, believing in his ideas or standing up for the little guy. This conversation is the perfect episode for anyone working on their self-confidence as a creative, and it's scary to be in first place, but you have to take that chance that puts you in the lead.

Benny Gold has been an inspiration to designers and the design community for over a decade. It was an honor to spend three days inside the mind of Benny. What was it like the day he announced shutting down his streetwear brand, what was it like the day after he closed the doors and how did that first day of his new career in the advertising agency feel? Old Friends Come Home Week on Adventures In Design brings back old friends to the show we haven't heard from for a while. Derrick Castle has been a reoccurring character on AID for 20 episodes over the last five years. But we haven't heard from him since July of 2018. What has had our hillbilly buddy too busy for his friends in the Circle of Trust?

Derrick shares his professional struggles with his day job at an in-house design agency and explains how that has affected his spirit and damaged his freelance productivity.
